👷 CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (M/F/D) 👷

Number of vacancies:

📋 Responsibilities:

• Properly securing the construction site, considering other existing construction objects, technical equipment, geodetic control points, and environmental protection elements on the construction site.
• Confirming, through entries in the construction diary, the receipt of the required building and technical project from the investor.
• Placing an informational construction board and announcement containing safety and health protection information in an accessible location at the construction site.
• Coordinating the team.

🔴 Requirements:

• Fluent knowledge of the German language.
• Good communication skills with coworkers.
• Flexibility, good organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative when situations require it.
• Dealing with documents and all related matters, such as accuracy and precision.
• Category B driver’s license.
